The Texas Venture Gala & Forum collaborates with a diverse array of media partners to amplify the entrepreneurial ecosystem, fostering support for innovators across local, regional, and national platforms. This dynamic partnership spans traditional and new media, including distinguished journalists, influential podcasters, newsletter curators, bloggers, and digital content creators. It’s a great opportunity to record lots of content in one big Texas-sized day!

ACCESS PERKS
You will receive one all-access complimentary press pass to the Texas Venture Gala & Forum 2025 at the Austin Marriott Downtown on May 29th.
We will have a designated area for you to conduct interviews (see last section below)
We will try to fit you on panels for moderating/emceeing to give you more spotlight during the day/panels if that’s of interest so you can continue to promote your media platform throughout the day.
Premium branded gala table will be reserved for our media partners, so it’ll also be great networking with others in the media.
EQUIPMENT
You must bring your own equipment such as: microphone, video, branding / marketing signs (if you’d like them in the shot), and staff if needed.
MARKETING
If time permits, conduct and publish an interview with Texas Venture Gala & Forum Head Organizer, CS Freeland to promote the event.
Media Partners receive logo placement on our website, marketing materials, logos banner, and recognized throughout the Texas Venture Gala & Forum.
Help raise awareness of the event by using social media to publish at least 1 post + 1 email blast announcing that you’re a media partner and/or your attendance.
SPEAKER INTERVIEWS + CO-BRANDED CONTENT
On May 15th we’ll reach out to you to see if you’d like to interview any of our speakers for your podcast onsite at the Texas Venture Gala & Forum. We then send a message to your preferred interviewees via BCC and let them opt into scheduling a time with you for an interview onsite at the Austin Marriott Downtown on May 29th.
When conducting interviews please co-brand the content similar to previous events as examples: Forging the Future With Chris Howard from Softeq Ventures & Austin Next with S3 Ventures and Next Coast Ventures for the Texas Venture Crawl/Fest.
